The Hanover-Horton Competitive Cheer team competed in districts at Michigan Center on Friday. In a 15 team district, the Lady Comets finished 10th. It was a highly competitive district and the Comets gave great effort. The girls improved consistently this year. Cheer Team Competes at Conference

The Hanover-Horton Competitive Cheer team was at Vandercook Lake to compete in the Conference championship. The Comets finished in a tie for 4th place in the conference after finishing 6th at the meet. Competitive Cheer Competes at Michigan Center

The Competitive Cheer team, along with 14 other teams, competed Saturday at the Cardinals Invite at Michigan Center. 

Hanover-Horton Competitive Cheer Invite

For the first time in several years the Hanover-Horton Comets Competitive Cheer team hosted an invitational. The Invitational was originally scheduled for Saturday, December 17 but inclement weather postponed the event to Tuesday night. There were 11 different teams involved in the invitational. The Hanover-Horton High School and Middle School Cheer Invitational that was scheduled for Saturday, December 17 has been postponed until Tuesday December 20 at 5:00 pm.

The competitive cheer girls did very well at Springport. We placed 6th out of 9 teams, only .28 points behind the next team! Varsity Competitive Cheerleading Opens at East Jackson Jamboree

The girls did awesome at East Jackson last night. The Lady Comets placed 4th out of 8 teams at our conference Jamboree, with a score of 562.28. The comets were only 30 points behind Addison! Great Job ladies and keep of the hard work.
