Hanover Horton Middle School girls track team finished undefeated conference champs after a big win at Napoleon-Final Score 104-32. Boys set several PR’s but lost 44-89.  Olivianna Watkins broke the 200 hurdle record with a time of 31.00h. She was also 1st in the 55 hurdles.  Ally Beneke was 1st in high jump and 70, Katherine Warren was 1st in long jump and the 400, Draya Valente was 1st in the 100 and 200, Sophie Reynolds was 1st in the 800, Tracy Ackley was 1st in shot put and Mayson Scally was 1st in pole vault.  Dana Olund was 2nd in the 70 and 100, Morgan Kuhl 2nd in the 200, Natalee Krage 2nd in the 400, Sydney Fazekas 2nd in the 1600, Mackenzie Guenther 2nd in the 3200, Aly Ackley 2nd in high jump, and Kaitlynn NaDell 2nd in pole vault. Emma Kuhl was 3rd in the 400, Lilly Hovis 3rd in the 1600, Kady Ackley 3rd in the 55 hurdles, Halle Swihart in 3rd place for high jump, and Brooke Hubler 3rd in long jump. The 4×100 team of Olund, Beneke, Alayna Shackelford and Watkins won their event, the 4×200 team of Chelsea Russ, Krage, Shackelford and Valente won as well.  Sydney Fazekas anchored the 4×800 relay team with a come from behind win along with Sophie Reynolds, Ava Schnell and Bayli Stewart.  The 4×400 team of Reynolds, Warren, Krage and Fazekas ran their fastest time of the season of 4:45 to win. The team travels back to Napoleon on Wednesday for the Invitational. Great Job Ladies! Cascade Conference Champs!

Scoring for the boys team was Nick Schuette with a 2nd place finish in the 55m Hurdles. Josh Frailey finished 3rd in the 100m dash. Rogan Melling finished 1st in the 1600m run. Beau Bailczyk was 3rd in the 400m and Graham Gumper was 2nd in the 70m. Rogan Melling was 1st in the 800m and Nick Schuette was 1st in the 200m Hurdles. Rogan Melling also won the 3200m run and the relay team of Beau Bailczyk, Logan Blackledge, Cameron Lowe and Nathan Smith won the 1600m relay.

For Field events Graham Gumper won the Long Jump, Nathan Smith was second in shot put, and Josh Frailey was 2nd in High jump.
