Scholar Athletes Honored by Cascade Conference

The Hanover-Horton High School proudly honored 9 athletes this past Thursday at the Gene Davis Dining Hall by the Cascade Conference for their work in the classroom and with athletics.  The student-athletes honored were:  Megan Klintworth, Shannon Richardson, Jordan Rigelman, Payton Dunning, Keelie Schmidt, Kylee Ackley, Tristan Swartout, Kayla Piloske, and Kim O’Connell. Cross Country Defeats EJ and Vandy

The cross country teams defeated East Jackson and Vandercook Lake Tuesday in a double dual at East Jackson. Chaney Manarin and Tayah Schuette ran season best times for the girls team and Chase Swope took first in the boys race. The girls are now 4-1 and the boys are 5-0 in The Cascades Conference.
